These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between Aladin Almadhoun (Luxartig, Digital & Print) and his clients regarding the creation, maintenance and support of websites, online shops, branding material, and digital marketing or automation services.
A contract is formed when the client requests a service via the website or orders it in a personal conversation, and Luxartig confirms the request in writing (by email). The services and prices shown on the website are non-binding offers.
The exact scope of services results from the service chosen, or from an individual agreement. Changes and special requests outside the agreed scope are billed separately based on effort.
The prices stated at the time of order apply, consisting of a one-time setup fee and a monthly flat fee for hosting, maintenance and ongoing services. All prices are subject to statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. The monthly flat fee is due within the current month.
Monthly support runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with [notice period to be added] to the end of a month, unless otherwise agreed. The one-time setup fee is not affected by termination.
The client provides required content (text, images, logos, access credentials) in good time and ensures they hold the necessary usage rights to it.
Luxartig is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the provisions of the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, Luxartig is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this type of contract. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
